Changes/Returns

Changes or returns of products cannot be processed under the following conditions:

  • Receipt is missing.
  • Item is damaged due to customer fault.
  • Item has been opened or unsealed.
  • 20 days have passed since the purchase date.

Changes of products are accepted if the item is factory sealed in its package within 20 days of the purchase date (including shipping days).

Changes can be initiated by visiting our warehouse or by sending us the product (customer responsible for shipping charges).

Changes are only accepted for the same product or a product of equal value.

If the item is damaged due to customer fault, it is not changeable, and the warranty is not valid.

A purchase receipt is necessary for any product change.

Refunds are not provided for products purchased unless the product is defective.

Please ensure to review and comply with our policy for a smooth and efficient process.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should visit our physical store or mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled at any time before they are shipped by contacting us via phone call at 22437090 during the working hours of the shop. Once the package is shipped, the cancellation policy is no longer available.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 21 days from the moment of cancellation.

For a cancellation or refund request, please reach out to us promptly during our operating hours.
