Warranty Information
A warranty receipt is necessary for any product or service we provide.
Please note that faults caused by customers are not covered by our warranty policy. However, if a broken device is repaired at our authorized service center, we offer a 2-month warranty on both the spare parts used and the repair services provided, starting from the delivery date of the repaired device.
Additionally, phone devices and smartwatches are covered by a 2-year European warranty through each brand's authorized services in Cyprus."
